CECON Limited is a multi-discipline Consulting Engineering firm engaged in planning, design, and supervision of municipal engineering projects, marine facilities and buildings. The firm has offices in Gander, Newfoundland with a permanent staff of ten. CECON Limited normally designs and manages between $5-$10 million of projects annually.
